CA Signings provides mobile notary public services, loan signing agent services, and remote online notarization (RON) throughout California and the Inland Empire region. Our services include:
Appointments are scheduled based on availability. While we strive to accommodate all requests, we cannot guarantee specific time slots. Emergency and same-day services may incur additional fees.
All signers must present valid, government-issued photo identification at the time of notarization. Acceptable forms of ID include:
Notary fees are set in accordance with California law. Travel fees, after-hours fees, and expedited service fees may apply. Final pricing will be confirmed before your appointment. Payment is due at the time of service.
Cancellations made less than 2 hours before a scheduled appointment may incur a cancellation fee. No-shows may be charged the full service fee.
CA Signings acts as a neutral witness and does not provide legal advice. We are not responsible for the content of documents being notarized. Signers are responsible for understanding the documents they sign.
We respect your privacy and handle all personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
